These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between zc111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers, or otherwise makes use of the zc111 online gaming platform accessible at https://zc111.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

zc111 is an English-language online gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering, and instant game services. The Platform is oriented toward the Pakistani market and presents all content, terms, and communications in professional English.

By accessing any part of this Platform — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" means the zc111 website, mobile interface, and any associated gaming products accessible via https://zc111.cam.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is authorised to use the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User or credited as withdrawable winnings, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits granted by the Platform as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed by a User before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or excluded under the Platform's operating terms or applicable law.
• "Inactive Account" means an Account with no recorded login or financial activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged eighteen (18) years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or gambling restriction imposed by this Platform or any other operator.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of an employee, officer, director, or agent of zc111 or any of its affiliates, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not hold any other active Account on the Platform at the time of registration.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that the minimum legal age for any form of gambling activity may be subject to local regulations. The 18+ threshold stated here is the Platform's minimum and does not constitute legal confirmation that gambling is lawful for any Pakistani user. Users must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated Accounts.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage — including at registration, at the time of a first or subsequent withdrawal request, or whenever the Platform's risk and compliance procedures require it. Verification documents may include, without limitation:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document (for Pakistani users, this typically means a Computerised National Identity Card — CNIC)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document, generally dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (a copy or screenshot of the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, bank passbook page, or similar)
• A selfie with your identity document, if requested by the compliance team

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of a valid request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure. The Platform is not liable for any inconvenience arising from the application of these verification requirements.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless you have notified the Platform of a suspected breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The Platform is provided to you as a consumer service. Commercial use, resale, or exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation from zc111 is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that the outcome of all games and betting markets available on the Platform is determined by chance (or, in the case of sportsbook markets, by real-world events) and that there is no guaranteed return on any wager or game play. You accept that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited on the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other users
• Exploit technical errors, software bugs, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game or betting market
• Engage in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Use the Platform for any money-laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise
• Engage in any matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic wagering activity that the Platform determines, at its sole discretion, to be abusive of its promotional offerings
• Attempt to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including references to familiar Pakistani options such as HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Raast-based transfers — depends on the operator's current supported options and is subject to change without notice.

The Platform does not accept deposits made from payment instruments belonging to third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account identity. Deposits made from third-party sources may be declined and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may be adjusted by the Platform at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance funds is available to Users who have completed the required KYC verification, satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and whose Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the cashier section of the Platform. Payments will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative method confirmed and verified by the Platform's compliance team where necessary.

The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows are provided as guidance only and may be extended in the event of compliance reviews, technical issues, or periods of high demand. The Platform will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecoms operators including Easypaisa or JazzCash.

The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for updated identity documents or evidence of the source of deposited funds. Failure to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined or suspended.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.

The Platform may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional credits to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which Users must read in full before opting in.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Unless specified otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "rollover") before any winnings generated from them become withdrawable. An illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet cap applies per round or selection. The default illustrative maximum is PKR 1,000 per bet. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute as little as 10%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (commonly 7 to 30 days) are automatically forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from a bonus. Where applicable, this figure is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Promotional offers requiring a qualifying deposit will state the minimum deposit amount. Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the offer.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in systematic abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine game engagement. Determinations in this regard are made at the Platform's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using payment methods registered in a third party's name
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting known software bugs or game errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any multiplayer format
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial crime using the Platform
• Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent any promotional offer
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Platform staff through any communication channel

zc111 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides Users with access to the following self-management tools, available through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net amount that may be lost over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts triggered after a defined session duration to prompt review of your play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on Platform access, typically ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term restriction on Account access, effective immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, imagery, audio, video, game code, and the overall Platform design and layout — is the intellectual property of zc111 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from zc111.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc111 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — in relation to the Platform and its services.

zc111 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes
• Technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to maintain credential security
• Any indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Platform's own negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

zc111 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of a formal request
• Provision of false or materially inaccurate personal information
• Registration or use of the Platform by a person below the minimum eligible age
• Access from a jurisdiction where the Platform's services are excluded
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more

Where an Account is closed by the Platform for reasons not attributable to a breach by the User, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the most recently used verified payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings under active wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you must first raise the matter with the Platform's customer support team as a first step. Complaints may be submitted via:

The Platform aims to acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex cases may require additional time, in which case you will be notified of the expected timeline.

In the event that a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal support process, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing jurisdiction's regulations. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

This Agreement does not confer any rights under Pakistani law and does not constitute acknowledgment by zc111 of any legal entitlement of Pakistani users under Pakistani domestic law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for assessing the legality of doing so under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable Pakistani legislation. This is not legal advice.

zc111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominently displayed in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change.
